  3. Do you have any tips on how to properly melt chocolate for chocolate covered strawberries? I was trying to make your tuxedos the other day but my chocolate kept keeping buttery instead of turning to liquid.

    I hate being "that girl" asked to bring either a veggie or fruit platter to a dinner/potluck - I feel like it leaves little room for creativity! Any tips on how to spruce up the standard platter (ie different fruits/veggies, unique combos etc.)?

  6. What are some interesting ways for seating plans? Whenever we have big dinners of at least 10 people or more, my mom just writes everyone's name on a scrap piece of paper and it's so boring. Something unique would be so much more fun! Any suggestions??
